Working and stay at home mums are equally busy with their daily schedules and sometimes need a break and meet some new people. Kinder Klasse Fitness Mom offers a High Intensity Interval Training which involves short bursts of intense exercise! Come join us for a fun 1 hour session while letting the inner child in you come out in a fun vibrant surrounding. (We won’t mind if you would like to take a dive in our ball pit!)
